University Examinations
Main Examination Form
This is a common Main Examination form for the students of both BTU & RTU. Students are required to fill the form, complete in all aspects and pay the relevant fee online after submission of the form. After successful submission of form on portal, you are requested to take the print of form and payment details and submit the same to the examination department with verified payment details from account section. Form should be submitted to registrar within 24 hrs of filling the form, except in case of last date of submission (hard copy should be submitted on same day by 4 PM).
Fee per semester from semester 1 to 7 is Rs.1610 /- and for semester 8 it is Rs. 2560 /- without late fee.
Back / Re-back Examination & University Internal Improvement Examination Form (Back / Re-back Students Only)
This is a common examination form (Back /Re-back Exam & University Internal Improvement Examination Form) for the students of both BTU & RTU. Students are required to fill the form, complete in all aspects and pay the relevent fee online after submission of the form. After successful submission of form on portal, you are requested to take the print of form and payment details and submit the same to the examination department with verfied payment details from account section. Form should be submitted to registrar within 24 hrs of filling the form, except in case of last date of submission (hard copy should be submitted on same day by 4 PM).
FEE DETAILS
610 /- per Back paper up to maximum fee of Rs.1610/- for back / reback papers. In addition to above fee Rs. 130/- per paper for Improvement in midterm /sessional examination. College internal improvement exam fee for back / reback students is Rs.500/- per subject
Students need to pay late fee if they are submitting form after last dates as per RTU / BTU notifications. As per university norms they are usually two times, three times, four times and six times of the normal fees.

AS PER UNIVERSITY NORMS ITS COMPULSORY TO APPEAR FOR INTERNAL IMPROVEMENT EXAMINATION FOR THE SUBJECTS YOU ARE APPEARING IN BACK / RE-BACK EXAM AND ACCORDINGLY YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT FEE FOR INTERNAL IMPROVEMENT EXAMINATION WHILE MAKING BACK / REBACK EXAM FEE PAYMENTS
Special Internal Improvement Examination Form (Absent Students Only)
This is a common Special Internal Improvement Examination form for the students of both BTU & RTU. Students are required to fill the form, complete in all aspects and pay the relevent fee online after submission of the form. After successful submission of form on portal, you are requested to take the print of form and payment details and submit the same to the examination department with verfied payment details from account section. Form should be submitted to registrar within 24 hrs of filling the form, except in case of last date of submission (hard copy should be submitted on same day by 4 PM).
Its not an Internal Imporvement Examination Form of University. This form has to be filled by students and accepted by our examination staff only for special internal improvement examination i.e if student has got back /absent in internals and want to improve in it / reappear. NOT FOR UNIVERSITY INTERNAL IMPROVEMENT.
FEE PER SPECIAL INTERNAL EXAMINATION IS Rs. 5000/- ONLY
Re-Evaluation (Fee Per Paper Is Rs. 610/-)
This is a common Re-Evaluation form for the students of both BTU & RTU. Students are required to fill the form, complete in all aspects and pay the relevant fee online after submission of the form. After successful submission of form on portal, you are requested to take the print of form and payment details and submit the same to the examination department with verified payment details from account section. Form should be submitted to registrar within 24 hrs of filling the form, except in case of last date of submission (hard copy should be submitted on same day by 4 PM).
University Notification For Re-Evaluation:
A. Candidate should read the Regulation-18 at RTU/BTU website and also the following notes carefully before filling in this form.
- Only online application forms are accepted. Student can apply for maximum of 4 subjects for re-evaluation.
- The online application from filled in and accompanied with requisite fee and original mark sheet reach the office of Controller of Examination within 15 days excluding the date of declaration of result through concerned college.
- The requisite fee should be remitted to the University through the Principal of the college where candidate is studying in one consolidated online payment in favour of "Bikaner Technical University" payable at Bikaner.
- Incomplete application or an application not accompanied with the requisite fee (Rs. 610/- per paper) or application received after the due date shall be rejected.
- Original mark sheet must be attached with the form.
- Form sent directly by the student to the university will not be accepted.
- The Principal of the college is required to send hard copy of all the application along with original mark sheet and online fee payment details positively on the next day of the last date prescribed by BTU.
B. Candidate should proceed further treating their result as unchanged for all purpose until declaration of the result of Re-Evaluation of scripts.
C. All Court cases shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the University headquarters at Kota / Bikaner and not any other places.
View Copy (Fee Per Subject Is Rs. 1010/-)

Form should be submitted to registrar within 24 hrs of filling the form, except in case of last date of submission (hard copy should be submitted on same day by 4 PM).
AME Examinations
Main / Back Examination Form
This is a common examination form (Main Exam / Back Exam) for the students of both School of Aeronautics, New Delhi & School of Aeronautics, Neemrana. Students are required to fill the form, complete in all aspects and pay the relevent fee online after submission of the form. After successful submission of form on portal, you are requested to take the print of form and payment details and submit the same to the examination department with verfied payment details from account section. Form should be submitted to registrar within 24 hrs of filling the form, except in case of last date of submission (hard copy should be submitted on same day by 4 PM).
Fee per semester from semester 1 to 5 is Rs.510 /-, for back paper it is Rs. 4510 /- without late fee and for compartment examination it is Rs.1010/- per paper.
Students need to pay late fee if they are submitting form after last date. Fine is Rs.100/- per day.
